How quickly can I expect to receive a response back on a new inquiry?
We understand that every inquiry is time sensitive You can expect to receive a response within 24 hours of the initial inquiry. Please expect a slight delay if the inquiry is made during a holiday or outside of typical operating hours. Pricing is typically broken down by hourly rates. As a third party, Union company working in a client’s facility, there are many constraints that are out of our control such as production time, hi-lo support, inventory, logistical support etc. Pricing can only be provided by number of pieces or cycle time if the work is completed within our own facility.

A PO is required within 48 hours of initiating an inspection. Provide us with the quality concern description, part numbers, serial numbers, and work instructions.
Reports are emailed on a daily basis throughout the duration of the sort on the following business days: Monday-Friday.
Quality inspection reports will be provided in Excel format. They will be interactive, dynamic, and concise detailing manufacturing dates, serial numbers, defect information, and any other relevant information to the sort.
Absolutely, AmeraSorting specializes in coordinating through our clients to ensure quality issues are addressed in their customers’ facilities.
Pricing is consistent and remains competitive with competitors in the region. Pricing is in line with Union mandated wages.
