AmeraSorting understands that data collection is essential to the investigation and resolution of quality issues. Furthermore, our field personnel are exceptionally trained to identify and document data such as part numbers, serial numbers, defects, and more. Reporting is offered as raw data in real time or in Excel format following the end the shift.

Audits are a standard process followed by all departments within AmeraSort. Moreover, we strongly believe there is always room for improvement. For quality issues specifically, thorough investigations are made by our team following the 8D approach.
